Samples will be provided for your approval before mass production. However, please note that the minimum order quantity for a completely new design packaging box is 1000 units.

Q: In which situations can PD70 and PD101 pole monitors be used?
A: Pole monitors are suitable for any scenario that involves customer interaction, such as reception desks, payment counters, cash registers, and more. You can display information intended for customers on the pole monitor.

Q: I'd like to customize the mini computer packaging. Can you share the details?
A: The minimum order quantity for customized packaging is 1000 units.  if place an order for 1000 units at once, there won't be any additional charges. We can design it according to your requirements.

Q: How to check my Windows is with an official license?
A: a. Go to Control Panel --> System and Security --> System, and you can get the information that Windows is activated.
b. Use the CheckupKey tool to check the KEY ID which is provided by Microsoft.
When your windows are activated, you can update your system and won't get the blue activate notification windows.
