Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T, Western Union and by Alibaba.
Q: Is it possible to customize a completely new design for the mini PC packaging box?
A: Yes, you can provide the design concept for us to manufacture, or you can provide the ideas for our designers to create the design. Samples will be provided for your approval before mass production. However, please note that the minimum order quantity for a completely new design packaging box is 1000 units.
Q: Can I upgrade the SSD in my mini PC myself?
A: Yes, it's possible. Some of our mini PCs, like the X60, have two SSD slots. You can add a new SSD to the empty slot to perform the upgrade. However, most mini PCs have only one SSD slot, so you would need to replace the existing SSD with a new one.
Q: Why does the aluminum alloy casing of a mini computer become hot during operation?
A: The processor generates a substantial amount of heat while functioning, and in compact mini computer structures, the aluminum alloy casing assumes the role of heat dissipation. In fanless mini computer designs, the processor's temperature is even conducted directly to the aluminum alloy casing. Thus, it's perfectly normal for the casing to feel hot when the mini computer is operational.
Q: What is the main difference between USB 2.0 and USB 3.0?
A: The interior color: The black interior port indicates USB 2.0, while the blue one indicates 3.0;
Speed: USB 2.0 offers a transfer rate of about 480 Mbps, whereas USB 3.0 offers 10 times faster speed than USB2.0, a transfer rate of about 4,800 Mbps which is equal to about 5 GB;
Connector Wires: USB 2.0 has four connector wires, whereas USB 3.0 has nine, which increases speed and bandwidth;
Power Management: USB 2.0 provides power up to 500 mA whereas USB 3.0 caters up to 900 mA, USB 3.0 devices can be charged faster, and support more power-consuming devices.
Compatibility: USB 3.0 will work with other USB versions, including 2.0. However, if you plug a USB 3.0 drive into a USB 2.0 port, it will be limited to the max speed of USB 2.0.
