Q: What's your lead time?
A: 1-3 days for samples , 5-15 days for batch order.
Q: How long do Mini PCs last?
A: The lifespan of a Mini PC, like any electronic devices, can vary based on several factors. On average, you can expect a Mini PC to last anywhere from 3 to 5 years, but this can change based on how and where you use it.
Q: Do you provide BIOS customization service?
A: Sure. We can help you customize BIOS setting. The BIOS customization covers the following: Customer logo (OEM Splash Screen), Specific LCD resolution support, Default password, Default BIOS function values modify, SLP (System Locked Pre-installation) string, Desktop Management Interface (DMI) function, DIO default setting, etc.
Q: Can I upgrade the SSD in my mini PC myself?
A: Yes, it's possible. Some of our mini PCs, like the X60, have two SSD slots. You can add a new SSD to the empty slot to perform the upgrade. However, most mini PCs have only one SSD slot, so you would need to replace the existing SSD with a new one.
Q: Are there any drawbacks to Fanless mini PCs?
A: Fanless mini PCs have few noticeable drawbacks. One can consider the fact that they get very hot during operation as a drawback, as they rely on aluminum alloy casing for heat dissipation. Additionally, some high-performance processors are not suitable for Fanless designs because they generate a significant amount of heat during operation. Even with the entire casing acting as a heat dissipater, it may not efficiently remove the heat. In such cases, designs incorporating intelligent fan cooling systems become necessary.
